Before founding Nomo Tears Consulting, Roberta was an integral member of the L.A. County Veteran Suicide Review Team, where she worked tirelessly to identify service gaps and advocate for enhanced support for veterans. She also played a key role in the creation of the County Homeless Information Portal (CHIP), a collaborative initiative with Los Angeles County's Homeless Initiatives and other county stakeholders. Her ability to bridge the gap between various organizations and create collaborative solutions has been instrumental in her success at Nomo Tears Consulting. As a Multi-Disciplinary Team Member of the Super Connect Team, Roberta connected homeless individuals and families to essential housing and support services, showcasing her hands-on approach to addressing complex community challenges.
